Cold Brew Old Fashioned
A classic Old Fashioned with cold-brew depth — bittersweet, slow, and bracing.

Ingredients
- 60 ml bourbon
- 30 ml cold brew concentrate (1:8)
- 7.5 ml simple syrup (or 1 sugar cube)
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 large ice cube
Method

Add the bourbon, cold brew concentrate, syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.

Stir for 20–30 seconds to chill and dilute.

Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass.
Garnish: An expressed orange peel
Use a concentrate, not ready-to-drink cold brew, so it adds coffee depth without watering the drink down.
