The pour

    Bloompour to 60 g

    Pour 2× coffee weight. Swirl.

  2. 0:45

    Pour 1pour to 300 g

    Up to 60% by 1:15. Steady spiral.

  3. 1:15

    Pour 2pour to 500 g

    Up to 100% by 1:45. Stir gently, swirl bed flat.

  4. 1:45

    Drawdownpour to 500 g

    Stop pouring — let it drain. Drains by 3:30; pull when dry.
