Pour 2× coffee weight. Swirl.

Pour 1pour to 300 g
Up to 60% by 1:15. Steady spiral.

Pour 2pour to 500 g
Up to 100% by 1:45. Stir gently, swirl bed flat.

Drawdownpour to 500 g
Stop pouring — let it drain. Drains by 3:30; pull when dry.
