    Up to 50%.

    Pour 2pour to 495 g

    Up to 100%.

    Drawdownpour to 495 g

    Stop pouring — thick paper = slow drawdown. Don't rush. Drains by 4:30.

Heavy 1.5× bonded paper filter is the differentiator. Cleanest cup of any pour-over, but slow drawdown — coarser grind than V60 to compensate.
