Iced Shakerato
Espresso shaken to a thick foam over ice — the Italian iced coffee, no milk needed.

Ingredients
- 30–60 ml fresh espresso (1–2 shots)
- 10 ml simple syrup (optional)
- A handful of ice, for shaking
Method

Add the espresso, syrup and ice to a shaker.

Shake hard for 20–30 seconds, until frothy and cold.

Strain into a chilled coupe, leaving the ice behind.
Garnish: A few coffee beans (optional)
It's all in the shake — the harder and longer you go, the thicker the foam.
