Affogato
Dessert and espresso in one glass — hot shot poured over cold gelato, eaten fast.

Ingredients
- 1 generous scoop vanilla gelato or ice cream
- 30 ml fresh espresso (1 double shot)
Method

Put the scoop of gelato in a chilled glass.

Pull a fresh double shot.

Pour the hot espresso over the gelato at the table.

Eat immediately, while it's half-melted.
