Unsupervised

Single-origin Robusta, which most roasters won't touch on its own because it doesn't behave. We ran it anyway. Rough, intense, loaded with caffeine — heavy body, bittersweet, a bit feral. Pull it as espresso or moka and hold on. Left unsupervised, this is what happens.
