Hot Take

The bright one, and it's not subtle about it. A washed blend tuned for high notes: orange and citrus up top, enough sweetness underneath to back up the opinion. We pushed the acidity until it stopped being polite, then stopped there. Best on a pour-over, where brightness has nowhere to hide. A hot take you can actually defend.
